Lion

Grade: Kindergarten

 

Lions complete adventures in the handbook to reach their Lion rank patch. Lion Scouts do not wear a Cub Scout uniform but wear an official t-shirt.

Tiger

Grade: First Grade

 

Tigers must complete six (6) required and one (1) elective for a total of seven (7) adventures from the Tiger Handbook. In addition, the Tiger Scout must complete the exercises in the "How To Protect Your Children From Child Abuse" pamphlet and earn the Cyber Chip Award.

Wolf

Grade: Second Grade

 

Wolves must complete six (6) required and one (1) elective for a total of seven (7) adventures from the Wolf Handbook. In addition, the Wolf Scout must complete the exercises in the "How To Protect Your Children From Child Abuse" pamphlet and earn the Cyber Chip Award.

Bear

Grade: Third Grade

 

Bears must complete six (6) required and one (1) elective for a total of seven (7) adventures from the Bear Handbook. In addition, the Bear Scout must complete the exercises in the "How To Protect Your Children From Child Abuse" pamphlet and earn the Cyber Chip Award.

Webelos

Grade: Fourth Grade

 

Webelos must be an active member of the den for three (3) months. Webelos Scouts must also complete five (5) required and two (2) electives for a total of seven (7) adventures from the Webelos/Arrow Of Light Handbook. It is also required to complete the exercises in the "How To Protect Your Children From Child Abuse" pamphlet and earn the Cyber Chip Award.

Arrow Of Light

Grade: Fifth Grade

 

Arrow Of Light Scouts must be an active member of their den for at least six (6) months since completing 4th Grade. Arrow Of Light Scouts must complete four (4) required and three (3) electives for a total of seven (7) adventures from the Webelos/Arrow Of Light Handbook. It is also required to complete the exercises in the "How To Protect Your Children From Child Abuse" pamphlet and earn the Cyber Chip Award.

** All Scouts must earn the Bobcat badge prior to receiving any other rank patch or award.

** If there is no Internet available at home or at school or the local library, the Cyber Chip Award requirement may be waived by a parent or guardian.
